7. Legal basis of processing

The legal basis of the data processing in the context of the EU General Data Protection Regulation results from article 6 GDPR for our data processing. In particular, depending on the situation in which we process your data, different legal bases may arise.

Insofar as your consent has been obtained for the processing of personal data, Article 6 (a) of the GDPR is the legal basis for the processing of data. A given consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
Contract

8. Application Platform

You can create an applicant profile on our application platform. The data in the applicant profile is processed according to the Terms of Use of the platform. The legal basis for our data processing is the licence agreement concluded based on the Terms of Use according to Art. 6(1) point (b) GDPR as well as Art. 88 GDPR in conjunction with Section 26 BDSG and your consent to the use according to Art. 6(1) point (a) GDPR.

In this case, your data will not be erased before you erase the profile and thus terminate our contractual relationship. Within the framework of the licence agreement, the application data is disseminated to the companies specified in the Terms of Use for their own purposes.
The data from our applicant platform is processed by umantis AG, Teufenerstrasse 11, 9001 St. Gallen, Switzerland. Switzerland is a safe third country within the meaning of the GDPR. umantis AG is contractually obliged to comply with the data protection legislation.
In addition to the data provided by you (e.g. your details, CV, certificates...), the status of your application for our vacancies and internal applications are documented on the applicant platform.

Furthermore, affiliated companies of P3 group GmbH are granted access to the applicant profiles.
